<i>He is a frequent speaker on faith formation, liturgy and young adult ministry. Douglas serves as the artistic director of the Ad Hoc Players, a Christian improvisational comedy troupe. He has also worked as an initiation minister, cantor and music minister and retreat leader.</i><br />
<i></i><br />
<i>Doug’s book "Stop Reading and Start Proclaiming!" was recently published by Resource Publications. This fall, Douglas will be pursuing graduate studies in pastoral ministry at Boston College.</i>]]>

<i>Shepp has served as congress coordinator for the Archdioceses of Los Angeles, consultant of youth ministry, parish youth coordinator, teacher and more. </i><br />
<i></i><br />
<i>She holds a National Certificate in Youth Ministry Studies and a masters degree in humanities.</i><br />

<i>Shepp lives in Long Beach and recently finished her first triathlon.</i>]]>
